Vehicle cloning is when criminals steal your car's identity by copying its license plates and VIN onto a similar stolen vehicle. This can lead to you getting tickets, toll bills, or even being implicated in crimes you didn't commit. To prevent it, take photos of any unique features like dents or stickers, and never leave your registration or insurance in the car. Consider using tamper-proof screws for your plates and report any suspicious mail about your car immediately. prevent vehicle cloning 11
